Integral yoga

 

Integral yoga or hatha yoga is suitable for both beginners and those who have already practiced other styles of yoga, so it is a practice for everyone. In this yoga class positions are taught in the traditional way, breathing and relaxation techniques. It is a complete and regenerating practice in which you can dedicate yourself to improve your psycho-physical well-being and free yourself from stress. In addition to practicing asanas we will learn to “pull the plug”, to find harmony between body and mind, to become aware of breathing and above all we will have a lot of fun!

Aerial Yoga

Yoga in flight or aerial yoga is movement in suspension. Suspension is the condition of what is lifted off the ground, breaking contact with the ground, to break away into the air.
Yoga in flight is practiced with the help of special hammocks with a large size of elastic fabric, soft and at the same time resistant.
These hammocks allow the practitioner to stay in the air for as long as you want and to do things that would not be easy to do on the ground. Just think about inversions for example.
Inversions have countless beneficial effects on both body and mind, but to do them on the ground you need to have some experience and above all it is not easy to stay there for long. Thanks to the hammocks instead you can easily make inversions and be able to “see the world from a different perspective” for much longer.
Apart from the physical and muscular aspects, aerial yoga has strong emotional implications: it helps us to experience abandonment, teaches us to have confidence, allows us to feel light and graceful. It also has a playful aspect: it makes us feel a bit like children while we swing in the Fly or do a flip.

Prenatal yoga

 

Yoga during pregnancy brings many benefits, now it is a reality shared also by doctors and obstetricians.
Yoga, in particular, is an introspective journey that guides us to listen to the body, to become aware of our physical and emotional blocks, to accept them and then overcome them.
During the prenatal yoga lessons we relax all the body with gentle movements and asanas (yoga positions) focusing on opening and breathing to prepare for the birth with greater awareness.

Postpartum yoga

Postpartum yoga is really a valid discipline for the body and mind of new mothers. During the post-partum yoga classes there are also newborn babies and it is a natural and very sweet way to take care of yourself together with your baby. Postpartum yoga classes encourage the recovery and realignment on the physical plane of new mothers who can participate together with the baby. A joyful moment of exchange and sharing with the other mothers to continue the path of pregnancy after childbirth. Even if you have not done the prenatal yoga classes during pregnancy, it is never late to start!

Meditation

Meditation is a discipline of ancient origins which, if practiced with constancy, can bring countless benefits. It is a true natural remedy against anxiety and depression.
